Cylonから逃れたのも束の間，発見された人類は，圧倒的なCylonの前に降伏を宣言する．残された希望は再びBatlestar GalacticaとPegasusにゆだねられる．そしてCylon達も，不思議な運命に翻弄され，迷いが生じ始める・・・．
