MTVで2002年に放送されたFirst seasonのDVDが早速登場！！

CelebesモノのReality路線^*1の成功パターンとして特に高く評価されている作品．特典映像はたっぷり．Osbourne一家がBeverly Hillsに引っ越すところから始まる．

パッケージ

Disc 2枚組のDigipackタイプ．Document holderもあり．

DVD ContentsやScene selections, 後はWeekly entertainmentの記事とBingoのシートのページ．

Discメニュー

Main menuは動画でみんなが喋ったりしている．
そこからEpisode index, subtitles selection, Special featuresに飛べます．
Episode IndexはJackのPCの画面，Subtitles SelectionはKellyの携帯の画面といったようにちょっと凝っている．

Episodeを選択すると，CommentaryやLanguage, Sceneの選択メニューに飛べるようになっている．さすがにそれらは静止画でBGMなし．

Season One Completeの全10話．
ただ，10話目だけがDisc 2というのは考え物．

次に，音声や字幕について説明しておきます．音声は下記の通り．
・放送禁止用語にCensorが入っていないVersion
・Censored Version
・OsbournesのComment音声．

字幕は下記の通り．
・英語字幕．
・英語字幕で放送禁止用語を隠しているもの．
・英語でOzzyが喋った部分のみをComicなフォントと絵で表示するもの．
・フランス語字幕は2つあるが違いはわからず．
・最後は喋った人のアイコンが出るもの．

DVD-ROMはITXオブジェクトが見つからないといわれるが，どうやればいいのかはまったくもって不明．

チャプター設定

各Episodeは5~8のChapterに分割されている．2ndはCredit後．

Season1は10話^*6なので高めといえばそうかもしれない価格設定かも．Season 2はもっと面白いらしいのでそっちも早く出るといいけどね．
